Deana at front desk was a pleasure. Deana's highlighting of features ie. breakfast, ice machine location helpful. The text message received after getting into our room asking if any problems was another highlight of the customer service. Especially liked absence of carpet in the rooms and appreciated the little touch like a night light in the bathroom. Cleanliness was top notch. Enjoyed the fresh made pancakes at breakfast as per Deana's recommendation. The generous amount of seating in lobby allowed us to relax with our friends before retiring. Well done Tru by Hilton!!

The room was next to the elevator, so I was surprised that it was quiet. The person upstairs stomped around a lot, but there was no way to anticipate that happening.

Clean, comfortable. We have relatives in Lancaster and have been using this hotel for several years - very happy with it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not bad.

Everyone working the front desk was very pleasant. Isaac is exceptionally welcoming and kind- Tru should be thankful for his representation of the company. Breakfast was fine. All the public areas were clean. No issues with parking.

I am on a low carb diet so only ate the scrambled eggs but liked the self serve coffee available all day & the flavored creamers (although I use zero sugar ones same brand).

I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean and comfortable the room was. We also enjoyed the breakfast choices.

I really loved the rooms and service; especially being its pet friendly. I really like this hotel for being able to help us with our pet; its not easy to find a place that would welcome pets especially when we have older folks who all they have is their pet and can't find a pet sitter. I would be coming back to this hotel for its ability to accommodate our pet parakeet. Having breakfast right downstairs in the morning is a real plus . . . . {:o) Great hotel . . . job well done.
